a. Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name to provide authentication and profile services via Supabase.

b. User Content

We store the tasks, goals, and notes you create within the application to provide synchronization across your devices.

c. Google User Data

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access the following data:

• Calendar Events: To read and write events to your selected Google Calendar for synchronization purposes.

We do not store your Google credentials on our servers; authentication is handled securely via OAuth 2.0.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To synchronize your data across devices.
• To provide AI-powered insights (using Google Gemini API) based on your task descriptions.
• To synchronize your tasks with Google Calendar (if enabled).

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Kairos's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. AI Processing

We use Google Gemini API to process your task data for features like "Task Breakdown" and "Strategic Reports". This data is not used to train Google's models and is processed in accordance with Google Cloud's data privacy commitments.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via the "Settings" menu in the application.
